Housed in the upper floor of Surgeons' Hall, the Pathology Museum has one of the largest collections of pathological anatomy in the United Kingdom and provides valuable material for the study of human disease.

To celebrate its 500th anniversary in 2005, the College has three new exhibitions:
• Sport, Surgery and the Well Being Surgeons’ Hall
• Hinc Sanitas: From Here, Health Pathology Museum
• Scottish Women’s Hospitals 1914-1919 Pathology Museum
