Cheyne Prescription
Prescription written by Sir William Watson Cheyne for a Fetlar child. When Cheyne retired to his childhood home in 1920, an island which had previously had no resident medical provision had the services of one of the most eminent surgeons in the country. Cheyne would never accept payment for medical services to islanders.
